Broc Jackson has over 25 years of experience as a personal trainer. After receiving his degree in Exercise Physiology, Broc moved forward to help hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals and to be the best version of themselves they can be. As a result of his positivity and years of experience it enables him to work and motivate clients on all levels. Broc epitomizes the balance between fitness and a busy lifestyle. He custom crafts client’s routines to their individual goals of building a new body or simply attaining their highest fitness level and health possible.

Bobby Sanford

Throughout his adolescent years, Bobby’s father, a physical education teacher, stressed the importance of including exercise and proper nutrition in life. Bobby has since carried this belief on through his career as a personal trainer.  He studied nutrition at the University of Massachusetts and is certified as a personal trainer.

Terri Deangelis

Terri has been a trainer for over 26 years with a background in competitive bodybuilding and figure competition. She coaches groups and individuals on weight and lifestyle management. Terri specializes in cardio workouts, core training, fitness education, flexibility group exercise, stress management, strength training, general fitness, weight loss, weight management, weight training, wellness/injury prevention, and postnatal fitness.

Paul Zine

Having been a lifelong athlete on both a semi-professional and professional level in multiple sports, Paul has been involved in different types of training. For the past 35 years he has had the opportunity to work with clients of all ages focusing on various training requirements. Paul will bring an upbeat and fun attitude as well as a wealth of experience and ability to each client he works with.

Casey Songin

Casey helps women transform their metabolism, mind, and body in order to feel confident, strong, and healthy in their skin. She specializes in functional nutrition and resistance training for women. She will help push your limits, and uncover your strength, both physically and mentally. As an avid weightlifter for 7 years and competitive bodybuilder for 4, it is safe to say she is experienced and dedicated to the fitness lifestyle. Casey’s goal as your personal trainer is to help you yield the best results, while educating and ensuring that you enjoy the process!

Josh Fink

Starting with an avid interest for martial arts and boxing in his youth, Josh’s passion for an active and healthy lifestyle naturally progressed into a career in personal training. For the last 17 years he has been a fitness instructor and personal trainer helping clients to achieve their personal health and fitness goals. Josh’s philosophy is rooted in positivity, motivation and enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle. He is focused on empowering others to reach their goals not only in fitness, but in life as well.

Eric Osgood

Eric has been a personal trainer for over 40 years. With his experience and education he is able to help his clients achieve their desired goals. His clients range from high school and college aged all the way to elderly and handicapped. His main focus now is helping his clients to get off medications for cholesterol and high blood pressure by guiding them in living healthier lifestyles.
