Broc Jackson

Broc Jackson has over 25 plus years of experience as a personal trainer. After receiving his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Physiology, Broc has moved forward to help hundreds of clients achieve their fitness goals to be the best version of themselves they can be.

His positivity and years of experience enables him to work and motivate clients on all levels of fitness. Broc epitomizes the balance between fitness and a busy lifestyle. He custom crafts client’s routines to their individual goals of building a new body or simply attaining their highest fitness level and health possible.

Broc is a certified NASM Senior Fitness Specialist with focuses in senior fitness, weight loss, back pain prevention, post-rehab/injury recovery, and obstacle course racing. He also owns Eagle Obstacles.

Matt works with a variety of clients of all ages and abilities. He takes a methodical yet flexible approach to his clients' custom program design, which yields results. Bobby Sanford

TRAINER 

Bobby is an independent personal trainer currently working with clients in homes and gyms throughout the Newton-Needham area. He has studied nutrition at the University of Massachusetts and has been certified and trained as a personal trainer by Fitness Resource Associates. He maintains a CPR certification through The American Red Cross. Health and fitness have been a life-long interest of his. Bobby’s father was a physical education teacher. Throughout his adolescent years, he stressed the importance of including exercise and proper nutrition in his life.

Through this healthy behavior, Bobby has been successful in achieving his own personal fitness goals. Using this training philosophy, he has been able to help his clients reach their fitness goals, so they can look and feel better.

Terri is a personal trainer with a background in competitive bodybuilding and figure competition. She coaches groups and individuals on weight and lifestyle management. Terri has been a trainer for over 26 years. Lisa Carrier

Lisa’s goal is to help clients have a better quality lifestyle through strength, flexibility and cardiovascular training. Achieving your goals is not an overnight experience but each time you workout you will feel your body changing for the better. Her training is geared for those looking to improve posture, prior or current injuries, and general fitness improvement. Together you will work to plan the best exercise program for your needs. She has been training for over 28 years and has helped many people reach their goals. 

Lisa has also taught group exercise for 22 years at several local clubs helping people to feel better and lose weight. Paul Zine

Having been a life long athlete on both the semi-professional and professional levels in multiple sports, Paul has been involved in many different types of training. He has had the good fortune to have worked with many different types of people of all ages from 12 to 87 involving all different types of training requirements. Paul is certified by the National Endurance and Sports Training Association and in CPR. He has been working with people for over 35 years and he will bring an upbeat and fun attitude, as well as a wealth of experience and ability to each client he works with.

Gina Coras

TRAINER

Gina holds a BSBA in Marketing and Computer Information Systems, Minor in Communications at Bryant University. She has always had a passion for fitness and overall health, having joined her first gym at age 14 and never looking back. She has always been very active in sports and is am an avid runner. Now, as a Mom of 3 kids, Gina appreciates more than ever her dedication to staying physically fit throughout the years and throughout her pregnancies. She wanted to help others achieve their fitness goals and feel the same passion for it. She previously worked as a software engineer, but always dreamed of becoming a personal trainer. She finally made the switch, and now is the happiest she has ever been. 

Gina specializes in Endurance training, functional training, weight training, weight loss, flexibility, 5k training and pre/post natal fitness. Gina is a certified personal trainer through AFAA, soon to be through NASM and CPR/AED certified.

Josh Fink

Starting with an avid interest for martial arts and boxing in my youth, my passion for an active and healthy lifestyle naturally progressed into a career in personal training. For the last 17 years I have been a fitness instructor and personal trainer in the greater Boston area, helping my clients to achieve their personal health and fitness goals. My philosophy is rooted in positivity, motivation and an enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle, focused on empowering others to reach their goals not only in fitness, but in life as well. I’ve been honored to work with many wonderful clients through the years and am excited to bring my expertise and knowledge into my own private practice. 

  • Fitness is my passion and I look forward to helping many more along the way in years to come. I have 17+ years experience in personal training and is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Precision Nutrition Certification (PN1).
