Bobby is an independent personal trainer currently working with clients in homes and gyms throughout the Newton-Needham area. He has studied nutrition at the University of Massachusetts and has been certified and trained as a personal trainer by Fitness Resource Associates. He maintains a CPR certification through The American Red Cross. Health and fitness have been a life-long interest of his. Bobby’s father was a physical education teacher. Throughout his adolescent years, he stressed the importance of including exercise and proper nutrition in his life.

Terri is a personal trainer with a background in competitive bodybuilding and figure competition. She coaches groups and individuals on weight and lifestyle management. Terri has been a trainer for over 26 years. Lisa’s goal is to help clients have a better quality lifestyle through strength, flexibility and cardiovascular training. Having been a life long athlete on both the semi-professional and professional levels in multiple sports, Paul has been involved in different types of training. He has had the good fortune to have worked with many different types of people of all ages from 12 to 87 involving all different types of training requirements. <br><br>Paul is certified by the National Endurance and Sports Training Association and in CPR. He has been working with people for over 35 years and he will bring an upbeat and fun attitude, as well as a wealth of experience and ability to each client he works with.

Josh Fink

Starting with an avid interest for martial arts and boxing in my youth, my passion for an active and healthy lifestyle naturally progressed into career in personal training. For the last 17 years I have been a fitness instructor and personal trainer in the greater Boston area, helping my clients to achieve their personal health and fitness goals. My philosophy is rooted in positivity, motivation and enthusiasm for a healthy lifestyle, focused on empowering others to reach their goals not only in fitness, but in life as well.I’ve been honored to work with many wonderful clients through the years and am excited to bring my expertise and knowledge into my own private practice. I have 17+ years experience in personal training and is certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT), Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Precision Nutrition Certification (PN1).
